All orders are processed within 24 hours. Shipping cost is calculated at the time of checkout. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

Shipping and delivery is currently delayed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. This is affecting most of the apparel industry . Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to be fulfilled and another 4-5 days for your order to be delivered.

Returns

What’s your return policy?
Due to logistics and health/safety of our customers due to the pandemic, we are not accepting returns or exchanges.  All sales are final. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@goodlookbrand.com

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds, minus shipping fees,  are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at support@goodlookbrand.com with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time due to safety concerns, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts that are on the product page. If you received a different item than what you actually ordered, please let
us know at support@goodlookbrand.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!
